Campus Forums Slated for 3 Finalists Seeking to become UCF’s New Dean of the College of Community Innovation and Education

The forums are part of a candidate review process that engages students, faculty, administrators and other college stakeholders.

The campus community is invited to in-person and online presentations on Tuesday (March 15), March 21 and March 22 by finalists for the next dean of the UCF College of Community Innovation and Education.

Finalists will discuss their strategies to advance and unify the college. Questions and answers with the audience will follow. The forums are in person with an online viewing option. They are part of a candidate review process that engages students, faculty, administrators and other college stakeholders. The position will report to me as provost and executive vice president for Academic Affairs.

I am grateful to the search committee – co-chaired by Sheila Amin Gutiérrez de Piñeres, dean of the Burnett Honors College, and Mary Lou Sole, dean of the College of Nursing – for its robust national search that has identified three outstanding candidates to lead the college.
