Please mark your calendar for UCF’s biggest event of the year in honor of faculty excellence.
Join your colleagues and me in the Pegasus Ballroom of the Student Union on Wednesday, April 6, 3 p.m. to 5 p.m., for this year’s Founders’ Day Honors Convocation.
This annual convocation recognizes faculty members for outstanding teaching, advising, mentoring, research, professional service, and librarianship. This includes recognition of excellence award winners as well as newly named Pegasus Professors and recipients of the Reach for the Stars Award.
We will also honor faculty granted emeritus status, faculty who have completed 20, 30, 40, and 50 years of service, and those who have served on the Faculty Senate for at least 10 years.
