Coming Soon: An Important Survey for UCF Faculty

UCF uses the anonymous COACHE faculty job satisfaction survey to help improve faculty life.

UCF will soon administer the COACHE faculty job satisfaction  survey  – and we want you to know that your responses  will be  used to improve faculty life.

In the two surveys since 2015,  we listened to your feedback  and worked with faculty to implement parental leave, award $1 million to mid-career faculty to enhance their  research, and  create more ways to celebrate faculty accomplishments.

This survey research is part of a national program, Collaborative on Academic Careers in Higher Education (COACHE), which has been operating from the Harvard Graduate School of Education since 2003. COACHE has obtained IRB approval. Your responses are also anonymous – we hope that will encourage you to give honest feedback. You can read more about the protections in place here

In the next two weeks, COACHE will send you the survey from the email address coachefaculty@abtsurvey.com. It will take about 25 minutes to complete.

We want UCF to be one of the best places to work, and your feedback helps to reach that goal. In this stressful time, it is more important than ever for us to hear from you.

If you have questions, please  email  facultyexcellence@ucf.edu.  There’s  also an  FAQ  here.

Thank you in advance for participating.
