Some of you will be on campus but others will be away when two important changes take place this summer.
On July 1, PeopleSoft financials and human resources will be replaced by Workday, and simultaneously college finance and HR business centers will begin operating. The changes will have a greater impact on staff members working in finance and human resources. But there will also be some changes for faculty. I am writing to ask for your engagement and feedback.
Please know that even after we go live on July 1, things will not be perfect. Problems will surface. This happens with any transformation of this magnitude. But when problems emerge, we will fix them and make sure that the new systems deliver the results we need.
