I am pleased to announce the reappointment of Paul Jarley as dean of the College of Business Administration.
Under his leadership, the college and its faculty have become increasingly adept at preparing students to thrive in a constantly evolving global marketplace. New programs, such as the master’s in Fintech program in partnership with Computer Science, exemplify the college’s commitment to innovation and student success.
Since joining UCF as dean of the college in 2012, Dr. Jarley has championed a spirit of entrepreneurship, partnership and excellence. His accomplishments include advancing community engagement, creating many opportunities for students to learn from business leaders, boosting fundraising and elevating the prominence of academic programs and faculty.
His reappointment follows a 5-year performance analysis. The process was informed by feedback from students, faculty, staff, the Dean’s Advisory Council of community partners and university leaders. I am grateful for their help, and the efforts of the review committee.
I look forward to the ways Dean Jarley will guide the college to greater impact. Please join me in wishing him continued success in the years ahead.
